As a wish celebration volunteer, you play a crucial role in helping a child and their family build resilience and experience healing during the Wish Journey, especially in the period leading up to the wish itself. To achieve this, two wish celebration volunteers partner together to establish a meaningful connection with the wish child and their family. This connection is fostered through both in-person and virtual interactions, which strengthen the family's support system and build hope and anticipation for the upcoming wish.
