To ensure a safe and ethical volunteer environment,
all volunteers must keep the following requirements up to date:

Conflict of Interest & Ethics Assurance
All volunteers are required to review and sign this form every year
​
Criminal Background Check
A criminal background check is required for all volunteers and must be renewed every three years
Volunteers who do not complete the required documentation will have their
volunteer status inactivated until all items are fulfilled.​​
